Project details - Bath
The bath seems to have all galvanized piping, and I want it changed to something more modern. In addition, my current tenant hates the bathtub/shower with the shower curtain ring. I would like it changed to a shower enclosure without the tub. The tub is a claw-foot tub, and I believe it is valuable enough to sell rather than chucking it out the window. A new sink and toilet are required as well. I am open to changes in the flooring, but the budget for this project is rather small.
Depending on the quotes for this project, I may need to hire a demolition team and a plumber separately from the remodeling team.
Because this project is contingent on a loan from CEE, I will need to gather a materials list and quotes for remodeling, plumbing, demo, plus the costs of window repair before approval.
